Their goal was to diversify revenue streams, reduce reliance on inbound enquiries alone, and create a system that could generate qualified renovation leads consistently while positioning AHS as a trusted authority in residential building.
The client problem
- Retail homeowners were difficult to attract and convert without investing significant time in manual quoting and consultations.
- There was no structured way to capture and retain data from early-stage prospects who were not yet ready to commit to a full build.
AHS needed a solution that could educate homeowners upfront, filter and qualify enquiries automatically, and create new commercial opportunities beyond traditional project work.

Users can create an account to manage their quotes and services.
Revisit previous submissions and progress from estimate to paid service.
Creates continuity for the user while increasing lifetime value for AHS.
3. Admin & Operations Platform for AHS
Built a secure admin dashboard that allows AHS to manage customers and orders.
Review project details and automatically generate professional PDF quotes.
Track payments and service delivery, significantly reducing admin overhead and manual quoting time.
4. Payments & Email Automation
Integrated secure payment processing and built automated email flows.
Confirm orders, deliver quotes, nurture early-stage visitors, and convert anonymous traffic into paying customers.
The platform now works continuously in the background without manual intervention.
5. Future-Proofed Lead Database
Every quote request contributes to a growing database of homeowners actively planning renovations.
Creates optional future pathways including serving projects directly, matching homeowners with vetted local trades, and developing additional renovation-related services.
While this element has not yet been fully scoped by AHS, the technical foundations are already in place.
