Hybrid Athlete Club needed a reliable way to generate qualified leads for their Hyrox coaching programs while still delivering a high standard of service to existing clients.
The client problem

Provided optional email submission to access and save results. Despite being optional, 40 percent of users chose to provide their email.
Automatically added users who provided their email to a segmented nurturing journey based on event type, target time and areas they wanted the most help with.
2. Lead Nurturing Automation: 60 Day Email Flow
Created a 60 day automated sequence using Hybrid's existing blogs, YouTube content and long form educational posts.
Delivered tailored messages that matched each user's race goals, weaknesses and race timeline.
Ensured consistent touch points at scale without Hybrid needing to manually create or send content.
Built a system that works continuously and does not rely on daily social media output.

- 10,000 monthly organic visitors on average.
- 40 percent of users provided their email, even though it was not mandatory.
